Gemma-Lee has been sitting with that question — and helping people answer it — since 2017. As the founder of Phynix By Design and the heart behind Brightwater Wellness Hub, she has spent nearly a decade guiding people through the moments that feel too heavy to carry alone: the anxiety that won't quiet, the relationships that have lost their way, the grief that sits heavy in the chest, and the quiet knowing that there has to be more than this.
Her approach is genuinely holistic — combining counselling with meditation, mindfulness, and energy work to support the whole of you: mind, body, and spirit. And here's what makes her space different: she won't hand you a label and send you on your way. You'll work through what you're carrying together, gently and at your own pace, so you can move forward without it defining who you are.
Her formal training spans holistic counselling, life coaching, intuitive spiritual healing, and yoga — recognised through the IICT and HHAI — alongside almost two decades of real-world business experience and formal qualifications in consulting and management. She holds a current Blue Card, approved to work with children and young people in Queensland. That combination of the deeply human and the professionally grounded is exactly what her clients find so rare.

Aline (pronounced ah-LEE-nee) is a Senior Spa Massage Therapist and Energy Healer whose work goes well beyond relaxation — though you'll certainly leave feeling that too. Her day spa services include massage therapy, body treatments, facials, and energy healing, each session thoughtfully tailored to meet you exactly where you are.
What makes Aline's approach so distinctive is the way she weaves the physical, the energetic, and the restorative together. Over more than eight years working in luxury spa settings and wellness studios across New Zealand and Australia — including running her own wellness studio for six years — she has developed an intuitive understanding of what the body needs and how to create the conditions for genuine healing and renewal.
Her training spans the therapeutic and the sacred: over 800 hours of yoga teacher training across three internationally accredited programs, holistic therapist certification, and years of hands-on practice integrating sound healing, aromatherapy, and somatic techniques. While Aline doesn't teach yoga classes, that depth of study is very much alive in the way she holds space and moves with each client's needs.

Christine has been holding space for exactly that for more than 16 years. As a Slow Flow and Restorative Yoga teacher, her classes are an invitation to move with intention, breathe with awareness, and rest without guilt — in a space where there is no rush and no pressure to be anywhere other than exactly where you are.
Her Tuesday morning Slow Flow sessions offer a grounded, mindful start to the week, while her monthly Restorative Yoga class (last Sunday of each month) is the kind of deeply held stillness that many students find genuinely life-giving.

Dez brings over 15 years as a trauma-informed Social Work professional to every class she teaches — alongside more than 300 hours of yoga teacher training. The result is a space that feels genuinely safe, deeply unhurried, and free of the pressure to perform or keep up.
Her classes weave together somatic awareness, nervous system support, and intentional movement to create something more than a workout. Kate holds an Associate Degree in Health Science — completed specifically to qualify as an NIS practitioner — along with certifications in Reiki, Breathwork, and Emotion Code. Jess knows this intimately — not just as a yoga teacher, but as a mum herself. It was becoming a mother to her own energetic toddler that sparked everything: a yoga practice she'd had for years suddenly became something more. She saw, firsthand, how much movement, breath, and community could ease the overwhelm, restore a sense of self, and make the wild ride of motherhood feel a little lighter.
So she completed her yoga teacher training, and Earthed Mama was born.
What Jess brings to her postnatal classes goes deeper than the mat. She is also a Registered Nurse, holds a Masters in Nutrition, and is trained in Breathwork Coaching and Reiki — which means when she creates a space for mums to unwind, recharge, and feel seen, she's drawing on a genuinely rich understanding of what mothers actually need.

After a car accident in 2017 left her managing persistent neck pain with regular medication, she worked her way through modality after modality without lasting relief. Then she came across Bowen Therapy — and it changed everything. The relief was so significant that five years later, she completed her accredited Bowtech training (the only nationally accredited Bowen course in Australia) and began offering this gentle, powerful approach to others.
Bowen Therapy is non-invasive and deeply relaxing. Using precise, gentle movements across the fascia — the connective tissue network running throughout the body — a session invites the nervous system to reset, release deeply held tension, and return to a more balanced state. The deliberate pauses woven through every session are part of the therapy: giving your body the time it needs to listen, integrate, and respond in its own intelligent way.

When did you last walk through the world feeling genuinely safe and confident in your own body?
Kurt Williams has spent over 30 years answering that question — for himself, and now for others. His journey has taken him through 30+ years of martial arts training across Judo, Boxing, Muay Thai, and Krav Maga; through coaching his first boxing champion in Perth at just 24; through running women's self-defence programs in some of Birmingham's toughest areas; and through working as a close protection bodyguard for media personalities. He holds qualifications in self-defence instruction, breakaway techniques, situational awareness, reasonable force, and close protection — maintained with annual refreshers — alongside a Diploma in Criminology that underpins everything he teaches.
But here's what matters most about Kurt's classes: they are not about aggression or fighting. They're about awareness. Confidence. Practical, real-world skills that genuinely work — for any age, any fitness level, any background.
Kurt's teaching style is trauma-aware, encouraging, and (ask anyone who's trained with him) genuinely fun. If you've ever wanted to feel more prepared and more at ease in everyday life, this is where that begins.
